Community Connections

Our friends at Empowered Abilities, most know it as Mephibosheth, had quite a busy month of March.

The transformation of their name reflects far more than a change in title. It marks a renewed commitment to our mission, a refreshed identity that aligns with our remarkable growth, and a vision that positions us for a strong and vibrant future. The new name embodies the strength, potential, and dignity of the individuals they serve, and the empowering community that surrounds them.

In March, they had the pleasure of partnering with friends from Hamilton Heights Highschool to compete in the annual unified bowling competition. 

At The Way they enjoyed learning about nutrition, participated in mini golf, visited IDES to support our community, celebrated the warm weather by flying kites, and more.

They are also preparing for their Dash for Disabilities coming up in May.
