Cynthia’s House

Our long-time partners at Brookside are honoring our beloved Cynthia by naming one of the houses for women and children after her.

At our last visit, after we had some delicious Chipotle and more yummy cake pops from Rachel. we played a rousing game of Pass the Mic- team one came out on top and it was pretty competitive!

We also had two special guests join us- Sam and Travis- who are doing an internship through their high school with Northview Church.

Later, we were able to travel to see the house that will be named after Cynthia. This property was purchased with funds donated by RJS and it is amazing to see the transformation. We were able to see their vision for the kitchen, outside areas and even looked at color samples for the outside.

We are so very thrilled about this new house and hope to bring a touch of Cynthia with furnishings and color, but most importantly, we hope the women who will stay here will know the love Cynthia had for others.

We were also informed that Brookside was able to raise $312,000 at their celebration dinner- way to go, Brookside!
