Groundbreaking

On June 15th, 2026, we were able to celebrate with our partner, Shepherd Community Center the groundbreaking FINALLY of the Warrick Place project.

We started dreaming with Shepherd almost three years ago about Warrick Place- which will be 11 total units of affordable housing and a community center.

Shepherd has been a strong presence in the near East side community and this project will help strengthen their services and support of the community.

We are so excited for this project to finally get started and cannot wait until the ribbon cutting ceremony!
