Home Place Duets

We were able to see a recent project completed by HAND. We loved visiting their new project as it reminded us so much of our Scannell Lane project.

These six three bedroom affordable rental homes are complete and located in Carmel, IN.

Residents will be referred through their partners at Prevail and Family Promise of Hamilton County, bringing together stable, affordable housing with the support families need as they rebuild and move forward.

Home Place Duets is a reminder of what can happen when a community comes together around housing. Public and private funders, non profit partners, the development team and community supporters all played a role in getting HAND to their opening day.

Six more home and six more opportunities for families to have a place to call home.
