More Learning

Our RJS program manager had an opportunity to take a second class with the O’Neill School of Public and Enviromental Affairs and the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. This was a second class in a series of four. Once a participant finishes all four classes, they earn a certificate in Non-Profit Executive Leadership.

This recent class was focused on financial analysis for non-profits. Other topics for the certification focus on Non-Profit Management for the 21st Century, Program Evaluation for Mission Impact and Strategic and Operational Planning for Non-Profits.

The O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs is currently the largest school of public affairs in the country. It is amazing to think this is right here in the city of Indianapolis. We are so grateful for this resource and for the ability to continue to grow and learn to better ourselves and the way we work with our partners.
