Progress Reports

RJS has been sponsoring students in Nicaragua for quite some time.

Recently, we received updates on two of our students, who are currently in college.

One of our students is currently studying Civil Engineering at UCEM (Universidad Centroamericana de Ciencias Empresariales) and is doing very well with a current grade average of 89%. They also sent us prayer requests for him: “Please pray for my health, that I grow in wisdom, and or answers to prayers.”

Our other college student is currently studying Interpreter/English at UNAN (Universidad Nacional Autónioma de Nicaragua) and is doing very well with a current grade average of 93.2%. His prayer requests: “Please pray for my parent's health. Please pray for the people who have committed mistakes in the past, but who aren't able to forgive themselves in the present. Please pray for all the people whose circumstances keep them in a job where they aren't happy.”

We are so grateful to receive updates and to hear how well both young men are doing in their studies and also thankful we can pray for them as well.
