Life Lessons and Lint

One of the things we strive for is to help our Butterfly House residents with various life lessons.

We are extremely grateful to also have the support of A & D Restoration, who checks on our home twice a month. Eric, has been so amazing with his house checks and he communicates with us any issues that he feels we need to address and he is also able to complete and schedule necessary maintenance.

Recently, we have had some necessary and important conversations with residents about the expectation and necessity of the residents cleaning out the lint trap in the dryer.

We have had some pushback on how this step is necessary and how we need to communicate this need to our residents. While we understand our residents can be juggling a lot, we want to be very clear and firm for their safety as we care about them. We have added a lint collector on the side of the dryer and a reminder sign on the top. Do you have any other suggestions for help or reminders?
