UNO!

At the beginning of this month, Jen was able to work out with our friends at Mephibosheth with our UNO workout. Our friends pulled cards and that determined what exercise we would do.

Blue cards were leg exercises, Red cards were for cardio, Green cards for our arms and Yellow cards were for our abs. If a friend pulled a WILD card, our friend chose the type and number of exercises. We had a great time and laughed when we did not pull too many green cards!

Our friend, Ryan, also loves looking at industrial catalogs and he was pretty excited when Jen’s husband sent her with one. He let us know he would probably take that one home to look over.

Our other friend, Mina, has also started making her own jewelry and Jen was able to purchase this beautiful bracelet from her.

We love our time together, even if we are sweating! Jen will be back towards the end of the month for another workout.
