Poverty 101

Our partners at Shepherd host Lunch and Learns through a free 8 week session. It is a journey into Shepherd’s custom curriculum they call Poverty 101.

Through research, authors, perspectives and 40 years of experience at Shepherd Community, Poverty 101 is an opportunity to truly understand what poverty is, why it matters and the assets needed to break the cycle.

Every Lunch and Learn session includes a complimentary lunch and it lasts from 12-3 pm.

If you are interested, you can mark your calendars and RSVP for these incredible and transformational opportunities.

These take place on the second Friday of each month from March-October.

Dates are on the following Fridays: March 13, April 10, May 8. June 12, July 10, August 14, September 4 and October 9.
