The Toros

Recently, we were able to grab some delicious Mexican food with our friends from World Vision.

Chris Tews, the Senior Area Director of Philanthropy, was on his way to another meeting and reached out to see if we could grab some lunch and connect with him and his wife, Sarah.

We were able to discuss the project in Ghana and share ideas and expectations to build our partnership and how we can support one another. We are all hopeful there will be a trip to Ghana in 2027. We were also invited to participate in the World Vision conference in April 2026.

On top of that, we enjoyed some delicious Mexican food at a local favorite restaurant, The Toros. We all laughed that everything is better when you are discussing things over chips and queso! We even convinced Chris to give a Toro Bowl a try.
